Seoraksan is the 3rd highest mountain in South Korea and it is located in the east side.
The top peak reaches 1,708 metres and its mountain chain is known as the backbone of the Korean peninsula.
I have been to this mountain with my family when I was a kid, a little after autumn. From what I remember it was really rocky and I barely saw soil. Trees were planted at the foot of the mountain. I could also see clouds moving 20 metres ahead of me.
